Shipping & Return Policy:

 

Melo products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

 

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

 

  • Discounted/Discontinued items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return/exchange.

  2. Repackage all items as they arrived, if they have been opened or unboxed

  3. Send all items back to us. Please note: the items must be back at our location within 14 days of you receiving the order.
